Our home-like environment is designed to support just 3 to 4 clients at a time, so every person gets the individual attention they deserve.

Kitrina Rhodes

Owner & Operator · 35+ Years in Healthcare

"I've spent my life caring for others. Special Touch is the home I always wished my own patients could come back to."

A native of Duplin County, Kitrina was born and raised in Rose Hill, NC, and later moved to Beaulaville, where she graduated from East Duplin High School. With more than 35 years as a home health nurse, she has dedicated her life to caring for others.

Fourteen years ago, she became an APL Provider in the Mental Health field, solidifying her passion for serving those who need specialized, dignified support.
